2. Registration and Allocation

Submission of an EOI or registration payment does not guarantee plot allotment, a particular plot size, location, or price. Allotment is subject to the applicable process, availability, eligibility and project-specific conditions.

3. Refund Eligibility

Applicants who are not allotted a plot may request a refund of the registration / EOI amount, subject to verification of their application, payment and the applicable project terms. Any other cancellation or withdrawal request will be assessed under the terms accepted at registration.

4. How to Request a Refund

• Contact the support team using the contact information below.
• Provide the registration reference, applicant name and payment transaction reference.
• Supply any additional verification information reasonably needed to identify the original payer.

5. Processing and Payment Method

Approved refunds will ordinarily be initiated through the original payment channel or another verified, lawful method where necessary. Processing time depends on verification, the applicable project terms and payment provider or bank timelines. Any specific refund deadline stated in the registration documents will govern.

6. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

If money was debited but payment confirmation was not received, please share the transaction reference with support. Do not repeat a payment until its status has been checked. Duplicate captured payments will be reviewed and, where appropriate, reversed or refunded.
